Rep. Jim Renacci (R-OH) today released the below statement following a Ways & Means Oversight Subcommittee hearing that examined the administration’s unilateral actions to implement the Affordable Care Act.
“This administration continues to pick and choose which portions of the president’s health care law it will enforce. This unilateral action goes against the very principles this country was founded upon. As a member of the Oversight Subcommittee, it is my responsibility to ensure that the law of the land isn’t rewritten as the administration sees fit. I thank Chairman Roskam for calling this important hearing, and I reaffirm my commitment to holding the administration accountable and calling for the transparency the American people expect and deserve.”
