This afternoon, Congressman Jim Renacci (R-OH) released the following statement regarding H.R. 184, The Protect Medical Innovation Act of 2017:

“Proud to have recently supported H.R. 184, The Protect Medical Innovation Act of 2017, a bipartisan bill that repeals the medical device tax. This tax is something I have fought for since I have been a member because Congressional Research Service analysis found most of the costs would be passed on to consumers.”
