Dear Friend,

It is great to be out of Washington, D.C. and back in northeast Ohio as Congress begins our August district work period.  The August district work period is an opportunity for Members of Congress to spend several consecutive weeks working back home in our districts.  This keeps our to-do lists fresh as we head back to the nation’s capital in September.  I'm looking forward to seeing as many of you as I can while out in the community.  Don’t hesitate to reach out via email or by calling one of my offices.

Washington Wrap-Up

American Veterans Traveling Tribute (AVTT)

The AVTT Traveling Wall is the largest replica of its kind — an 80% scale version of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C — 360-feet in length, 8-feet high at its apex and etched with every single name included on the original.  This week, the traveling Vietnam wall was in Middleburg Heights.  Learn more here
